Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MathSorted, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

MathSorted provides an online platform for generating Australian Curriculum-aligned maths worksheets with worked solutions. We also offer interactive marking and feedback tools. The service is provided "as is" and we continually work to improve it.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 16 should have parental consent.
• One account per person. Do not share your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Free accounts have limited features and generation limits as described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform
• Share or redistribute generated worksheets commercially without permission
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

6. Content and accuracy

We strive for 100% mathematical accuracy in all generated worksheets and solutions. However, worksheets are generated using AI and errors may occasionally occur. We recommend reviewing solutions before use. MathSorted is a supplementary educational tool and is not a substitute for professional teaching.

7. Intellectual property

• Worksheets you generate are yours to use for personal and educational purposes.
• The MathSorted platform, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property.
• You may not resell or commercially distribute worksheets generated by MathSorted.

8. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at mathsorted@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MathSorted is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of MathSorted after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
